〈觀音〉以人護難，〈陀羅尼品〉以法護難。又〈觀音品〉一人護難，〈陀羅尼〉眾人護難。

The "Avalokiteśvara [Chapter]" protects from perils through a person; the "Dhāraṇī Chapter" protects from perils through Dharma. Furthermore, the "Avalokiteśvara Chapter" has one person protecting from perils; the "Dhāraṇī [Chapter]" has many persons protecting from perils.
