初釋散亂章門。於狹劣心中下，釋增上慢章門。如是倒取者，小乘非第一謂為第一，故名倒取。又實有大乘而不求大乘、實無小乘而求小乘，亦是倒取。

First, it explains the section heading on distraction. From "within a narrow and inferior mind" below, it explains the section heading on adhimāna. "Grasping in this way inverted[ly]" means that although the Hīnayāna is not foremost, they consider it foremost, hence it is called inverted grasping. Furthermore, truly possessing the Mahāyāna yet not seeking the Mahāyāna, and truly lacking the Hīnayāna yet seeking the Hīnayāna, is also inverted grasping.
