2.180

成就者，謂自利滿足也。應知者，謂應知由自利故則能利他，非是不能自利而能利他也。

'Accomplished' means self-benefit is fulfilled. That this 'should be known' means one should know that by means of self-benefit one can benefit others, and it is not that without being able to benefit oneself one can benefit others.
