2.182

成就者，謂以迴向因，證教化地果，若因若果無有一事不能利他。應知者，謂應知由利他故則能自利，非是不能利他而能自利也。

'Accomplished' means that by the cause of dedicating merit, one realizes the fruit of the ground of teaching and transforming; whether as cause or as fruit, there is not a single matter that cannot benefit others. That this 'should be known' means one should know that by means of benefiting others one can benefit oneself, and it is not that without being able to benefit others one can benefit oneself.
