這本者以予之舍兄河畿守驛北御堂盛泉寺惠周曾而寫，留洛陽西蓮惠曉尊師所持之御點本。此頃時時校合於此印本者也。稟承實有由，後昆拜見之者必謹之謹之。

This text was transcribed in the past by my elder brother, Eshū of Shōsen-ji at the North Gathering Hall of Moriguchi Station in Kawachi Province, preserving the marked exemplar held by the venerable Master Ekō of Sairen-ji in Rakuyō. Recently, I have continually collated it against this printed edition. Its transmission truly has an authentic origin; let future descendants who reverently view it certainly treat it with the utmost reverence.
