這建保年之本者，曾洛下西蓮惠曉師寫置之。去享保甲辰歲寄講於守口御堂之砌，師付于予之舍兄而令寫留。予頃日時時校合於此本，遺之于後世，當見者謹之謹之。

This exemplar of the Kenpō era was transcribed and preserved in the past by Master Ekō of Sairen-ji in Rakka. In the past jiachen year of Kyōhō [1724], when lecturing at the Moriguchi Gathering Hall, the master gave it to my elder brother and had him transcribe and preserve it. In recent days, I have continually collated it against this text to leave it for future generations. Those who see it should treat it with the utmost reverence.
