此云何不思議？不食而資命，蓋所資有以也，豈不是如來滿本願乎！乘佛願為我命，焉可思議？
How is this inconceivable? Sustaining life without eating food is because what sustains it has a reason—is this not the Tathāgata's fulfillment of his fundamental vow! To mount the Buddha's vow as one's life—how could this be conceivable?
