How is this inconceivable? If the humans and devas of that land wish in their minds for palaces and pavilions, whether one yojana wide, a hundred yojanas, or a thousand yojanas, with thousands or tens of thousands of rooms, they are accomplished according to their minds, each person having it so. Furthermore, as for the sentient beings of the ten directions who aspire to be reborn—whether they have already been reborn, are now being reborn, or will be reborn—within the span of a single time or a single day, their numbers cannot be known by calculation, yet that world is always like empty space, with no aspect of crowding. The sentient beings therein abide in such a measure, and their aspirations are vast like empty space, without limit. That the measure of that land can accomplish the measure of the mental conduct of sentient beings—how could it be conceivable?
