〔補註〕文云「無得多求壞其善心」，是壞彼施者之善心也。以求索無厭，施者生退倦故。如佛世比丘過聚落而掩門是也。以上下文貫之尤明。

[Supplementary note:] The text says "do not seek much so as to ruin their good minds," which means ruining the good mind of that donor. Because when seeking and demanding know no satiety, the donor gives rise to retreat and weariness. For instance, in the Buddha's time, when bhikṣus passed through a village, the doors were closed. Linking the text above and below makes this especially clear.
