三對白衣校量（二）：初白衣無對治法故容起、二出家有對治法故不應起。初白衣無對治法故容起。

Third, assessing [monks] against laypeople, in two parts: first, because laypeople have no counteracting method, it may be tolerated that it arises; second, because renunciants have counteracting methods, it should not arise. First, because laypeople have no counteracting method, it may be tolerated that it arises.
