〔補註〕上二界壽命長遠，外道以為不動，不知三界皆屬無常故。經云「三界無安，猶如火宅。」
[Supplementary note:] The lifespans in the upper two realms are long and enduring, so non-Buddhists consider them inactive, not knowing that all three realms belong to impermanence. The sūtra says: 'There is no peace in the three realms; they are just like a burning house.'
