「於此所說至見處三有等」者，此下第二明有漏眾名，牒前舉頌。等謂等取有染等四。

Regarding "Among those spoken of here [...] the ground of views, the three realms of existence, and so forth": below this is the second section, explaining the various names for the sāsrava. It cites the preceding text and presents the verse. "And so forth" means including the four starting with "having defilement" (sa-saṃkleśa).
