「亦名世間至有對治故」者，此有漏法亦名世間。可毀壞故，簡異無為。有對治故，簡異道諦。

Regarding "They are also called the world [...] because there is an antidote": these sāsrava dharmas are also called the world (loka). Because they can be ruined and destroyed, they are distinguished from the unconditioned. Because there is an antidote, they are distinguished from the truth of the path.
