「如其次第至或復流引」者，答。增盛，如種生芽，此據上下。流引，如油渧水，此即據傍。風業稍隱，故別解也。

"Respectively, […] or further spreading and leading forth": This is the answer. 'Flourishing' is like a seed producing a sprout; this refers to the vertical [dimension]. 'Spreading and leading forth' is like an oil drop spreading on water; this refers to the horizontal [dimension]. Because the function of wind is somewhat hidden, it is explained separately.
