「謂除道諦餘有為法」者，答。四諦之中，苦、集、道諦是有為法。於中除道諦，餘苦、集有為法名有漏。
"That is, conditioned dharmas, excluding the truth of the path": the answer. Among the four truths, the truths of suffering, origin, and the path are conditioned dharmas. Excluding the truth of the path from among them, the remaining conditioned dharmas of suffering and origin are called tainted.
