「諸漏於中不隨增故」者，答。諸漏，於彼無漏法中不隨增故。謂無漏法，性違於漏，必非相應可為漏境。然性相違互不隨增，不可對漏說名有漏。若滅、道諦，緣不隨增。若於虛空、非擇滅，非緣非隨增。

"Because the outflows do not reinforce them in accordance with them": the answer. Because the outflows do not reinforce in accordance within those untainted dharmas. That is, the nature of untainted dharmas is opposed to the outflows; they certainly cannot be associated dharmas, though they can be cognitive objects of the outflows. However, since their natures are contradictory, they do not reinforce each other, so relative to the outflows they cannot be called tainted. In the case of the truths of cessation and the path, when they are cognitive objects, [the outflows] do not reinforce in accordance with them. In the case of space and non-deliberate cessation, they are neither cognitive objects [for the growth of outflows] nor do they reinforce in accordance with them.
