10.96

「若爾便壞至心品恒俱」者，毘婆沙師難。若言觸、受有時不俱，便壞大地法，必心俱故。

Regarding "If so, one would destroy … constantly co-existing in mental categories": the master of the Vibhāṣā objects. If you say that contact and feeling are sometimes not co-existent, you would destroy the universal mental factors (mahābhūmika), because they must co-exist with the mind.
