「二輪廣量至踰繕那」者，此明金、水徑圍量同，於大千界各有萬億，故徑圍同。

"The breadth of both wheels […] yojanas": this explains that the diameter and circumference of the gold and water wheels are identical; in the great trichiliocosm there are a myriad kotis of each, hence their diameter and circumference are identical.
