11.122

建保六年（戊寅）十一月十日午時於東大寺西院書了。志者為興隆佛法、廣作佛事，乃至現生當生悉地圓滿，出離生死、證大菩提，法界眾生平等利益也。

Completed in writing at the noon hour on the tenth day of the eleventh month in the sixth year of Kenpō (tsuchinoe-tora) in the West Hall of Tōdai-ji. The intention was for the prosperity of the Buddha-Dharma, the extensive performance of Buddhist deeds, up to the full realization of siddhi in the present life and future lives, transcending saṃsāra, realizing great bodhi, and bringing equal benefit to all sentient beings of the Dharma-realm.
