「若空層天至諸層級等」者，答。日等，等取諸星。層級等，等取七金山。

Regarding "If [they are] sky-dwelling devas" to "various terraces and so forth": This is the answer. "The sun and so forth" includes the various stars. "Terraces and so forth" includes the seven golden mountains.
