「彼無外災至更往餘處」者，答。以此文證餘界無淨居天。故《正理》云「毘婆沙師說，第四定攝淨居，故災不能損。由彼不可生無色天，亦復不應更往餘處，由此證餘界無淨居天。若餘世界中有淨居者，應如地獄移往他方，寧說不應更往餘處？下三天處由淨居天威力攝持，故無災壞。無容一地處少不同，便有為災壞、不壞別。

"It has no external disaster... to go elsewhere" is the reply. By this text it is proven that other realms do not have the Śuddhāvāsa heavens. Therefore, the Nyāyānusāra says: "The Vibhāṣā masters say that the fourth dhyāna encompasses the Śuddhāvāsa [heavens], and therefore disasters cannot harm them. Since those [beings] cannot be reborn in the formless realm, nor should they go elsewhere, this proves that other realms do not have the Śuddhāvāsa heavens. If there were Śuddhāvāsa [heavens] in other worlds, they should migrate to other directions just as [beings in] the hells do; why say they should not go elsewhere? The abodes of the lower three heavens are sustained by the majestic power of the Śuddhāvāsa heavens, and thus they are not destroyed by disasters. It is impossible that within a single stage, because places differ slightly, there would be a distinction between being destroyed and not being destroyed by disasters."
