12.58

「有說餘界至唯一如來」者，說一切有部解。於十方界，唯一如來，無二竝生。立理、引教可知。波羅門，此名梵志。喬答摩，此剎帝利中一姓。氏，謂氏族。

"Regarding 'Some say in other realms [...] there is only one Tathāgata': this is the explanation of the Sarvāstivāda. Throughout the realms of the ten directions, there is only one Tathāgata; no two arise together. The established reasoning and cited scriptures are clear. 'Poluomen' (brāhmaṇa) is here translated as 'seeker of purity' (fanzhi). 'Gautama' is one lineage among the kṣatriyas. 'Shi' means lineage or clan.
