「謂若世尊至例此應知」者，通釋經文。《梵王經》據不作加行，佛眼唯於一三千界觀見自在；若據發起加行，佛眼能於無邊世界觀見自在。天耳通等例此應知。

"Regarding 'It means that if the World-Honoured One [...] one should know that it is by analogy with this': this thoroughly explains the sūtra text. The Brahmā Sūtra is based on not making preparatory effort (prayogika); the Buddha-eye sees with mastery only in a single trichiliocosm. If it is based on generating preparatory effort, the Buddha-eye can see with mastery in boundless world realms. The divine ear supernormal cognition and so forth should be understood by analogy with this.
