「前說火災至今當具辨」者，此下第二明大三災。牒前問起。前說火災焚燒世界，餘水、風災亦爾，如應當知。何者為餘水、風災？今當具辨此大三災。

"Regarding 'The previously mentioned calamity of fire [...] now should be fully discerned': below, this is the second part, explaining the three major calamities. Mentioning what came before to introduce the question. Previously it was said that the calamity of fire burns the world; the remaining calamities of water and wind are also like this, as should be understood accordingly. What are the remaining calamities of water and wind? Now these three major calamities will be fully discerned.
