「由彼獲得至語業命名」者，說一切有部釋。由彼聖人獲得如是種類道俱無漏無表，故出觀後由前無漏無表勢力，能起三正、不起三邪。而言在定有三種者，以於道俱無表因中立語、業、命三果名故，所以於無表立語、業、命名。

On "Because they have obtained ... the designations of speech, action, and livelihood": The Sarvāstivādin explains. Because that noble one has obtained this kind of uncontaminated non-revelation concomitant with the path, after emerging from meditation, through the force of that prior uncontaminated non-revelation, they are able to initiate the three rights and not initiate the three wrongs. As for stating that while in meditative concentration there are three kinds: because within the cause—the non-revelation concomitant with the path—one establishes the names of the three fruits of speech, action, and livelihood, for this reason one applies the designations of speech, action, and livelihood to non-revelation.
