「若爾便無至皆生死攝故」者，難勝義不善。有漏生死皆勝義不善，於中應無善及無記。

Regarding the passage from "If so, then there would be no..." up to "because all are subsumed under cyclic existence": this objects to the unwholesome in the ultimate sense. If all sāsrava cyclic existence were unwholesome in the ultimate sense, then within it there would be neither good nor neutral.
