「以作者心至故不成例」者，答。如文可知。諸得四相雖非故起依法而立，由法勢力隨法起故可名等起。

Regarding the passage from "Because the intention of the agent..." up to "hence no parallel is established": this answers. It can be understood from the text. Although acquisitions and the four characteristics are not produced intentionally, they are established based on phenomena; since they arise following phenomena through the force of those phenomena, they may be called "originated."
