「如上所言至及邪命等」者，此下第二明二等起。邪見即是見所斷惑，經言能起邪語、業、命，如何前言見所斷惑不能發表？

Regarding the passage from "As stated above..." up to "and wrong livelihood, etc.": below, this secondly explains the two kinds of origination. Wrong view is a defilement to be abandoned by seeing (dṛg-heya); the sūtra states that it can give rise to wrong speech, wrong action, and wrong livelihood; why then was it stated earlier that defilements to be abandoned by seeing cannot express manifestation?
