「若爾表業至便成大過」者，難。答作事思名思已業，色、聲表業則為定無。表業既無，欲界無表業亦應非有，以欲無表依表起故，便成大過。

On "If so, communication-karma ... would be a great fault": Objection: If you answer that active intention is called karma having intended, then communication-karma of visible form and sound definitely does not exist. Since communication-karma does not exist, non-communication karma of the desire realm should also not exist, because non-communication in the desire realm arises based on communication; this would be a great fault.
