「此應名為至心俱轉故」者，復難。若思種子名無表者，其思種子常依附心，此應名為隨心轉無表業，如定共無表隨心俱轉故。

On "This should be called ... because it functions together with the mind": Another objection: If the seeds of intention are called non-communication, since those seeds of intention always depend on the mind, this should be called non-communicating karma conforming to the mind, just as non-communication coexistent with concentration functions together with the mind.
