「是則此應言有漏亦無漏」者，說一切有部難。是則此應言於一法體名為有漏，亦名無漏。
"Then this should be said to be contaminated and also uncontaminated": the Sarvāstivāda objects. If so, a single entity of a dharma should be called contaminated and also called uncontaminated.
