14.14

「三種律儀至隨其所應」者，答釋頌各別。三種律儀隨其多少，各別頓生。思之可解。八戒亦應此中問答，以時促故略而不論。

As for 'The three restraints [...] according to what is appropriate': this answers and explains the verse's 'each distinct'. The three kinds of restraints, according to their numbers, arise each separately all at once. If one reflects on it, it can be understood. The eight precepts should also be questioned and answered here, but because of the brevity of time, they are omitted and not discussed.
