「理實應言至相無別故」者，答。理實應言歸依一切三世諸佛，以彼諸佛無漏聖道體相無異故，歸依一時即歸一切。

"In truth it should be said ... because their characteristics are without distinction" is the answer. In truth it should be said that one takes refuge in all Buddhas of the three periods of time, because the nature and characteristics of the uncontaminated noble path of those Buddhas are without difference; taking refuge in one at that moment is taking refuge in all.
