「諸毘奈耶至復說等言」者，別釋等字。毘奈耶，毘婆沙師說有十種得具戒法。為攝彼故，第四句中復說等言。

"In the Vinayas … / it further says 'and so forth'" specifically explains the word "and so forth" (ādi). In the Vinaya, the Vaibhāṣikas say that there are ten ways of acquiring full ordination. In order to include them, the fourth line further says "and so forth".
