「依何邊際至所訶厭業故」者，此即第二不律儀分齊。唯有盡壽，無一晝夜，以無對師受惡戒故。

"Depending on what limits... because of deeds blamed and deplored" introduces the second section, on the limits of non-restraint (asaṃvara). It exists only for the duration of life, not for a single day and night, because evil precepts are never received before a preceptor.
