「諸定受業至餘非定受」者，此即第四明定受業相。勝果，謂預流果。斷見惑盡，初出見道故。阿羅漢果，斷修惑盡，初出修道故。一來、不還非斷二惑盡，非是初出，不名勝果。勝定，謂滅定等，如次當說。餘文可知。

"All karmas of determined experience … the others are not of determined experience": this is the fourth [section], explaining the characteristics of karma of determined experience. "Superior fruit" refers to the fruit of stream-entry, because it has exhausted all defilements of viewing, being the initial emergence from the path of seeing; and the fruit of arhatship, because it has exhausted all defilements of cultivation, being the initial emergence from the path of cultivation. Once-returners and non-returners have not exhausted both defilements and are not the initial emergence; hence they are not called superior fruits. "Superior absorption" refers to the absorption of cessation and so forth, as will be explained in sequence. The remaining text is understandable.
