「五由愁憂至如婆私等」者，釋頌由憂，如婆私等愁憂心狂。故《婆沙》一百二十六曰「如契經說婆私瑟搋，婆羅門女，喪六子故心發狂亂，露形馳走。見世尊已還得本心。」

"Fifth, due to grief and sorrow... like Vāsiṣṭhī and others": this explains "due to grief" in the verse, like Vāsiṣṭhī and others whose minds became mad due to grief and sorrow. Thus the *Mahāvibhāṣā*, fascicle 126, says: "As the sūtra says, the brāhmaṇa woman Vāsiṣṭhī, having lost six children, became mentally deranged and ran around naked. Having seen the World-Honoured One, she regained her original mind."
