「靜慮無漏至云何當捨」者，此下第二捨定、道戒。等謂等取二律儀外餘有漏善及無漏法。此中文勢正明律儀，以義便故兼明餘法。

"Dhyāna and uncontaminated ... how are they to be abandoned?": Below, this is the second section, on abandoning the precepts of concentration (dhyāna) and of the path. "And so forth" means taking, in addition to the two disciplines, the remaining sāsrava wholesome and anāsrava dharmas. The main thrust of the text here is strictly to explain the discipline, but for contextual convenience it also explains the other dharmas.
