「有猶預殺至亦成業道」者，簡差別。此顯猶預殺亦成業道。又解，此猶預殺是不誤殺攝，於不誤中顯有此類。

"There is killing with hesitation ... also constitutes a path of karma": this distinguishes differences. This shows that killing with hesitation also constitutes a path of karma. Another explanation: this killing with hesitation is subsumed under killing without mistake, showing that such a variety exists within what is without mistake.
