「又經中說至三妙行翻此」者，此即第九明惡行、妙行。上三句明惡行，下一句明妙行。

Regarding "Furthermore, it is said in the sūtra: ... the three subtle actions are the reverse of these": Here is the ninth section, clarifying evil conduct and subtle action. The upper three lines clarify evil conduct, and the lower line clarifies subtle action.
