「靜慮無漏至而得生故」者，釋第四句。定生無表不依表起，依心生故。
[On the text,] "Those born of concentration and the uncontaminated [...] because they can arise": This explains the fourth line. Avijñapti born of concentration does not arise relying on vijñapti, because it arises relying on the mind.
