「論曰至異此便無」者，但起意地不成加行，起身、語後方成加行，故於加行必有於表。餘文可知。

[On the commentary,] "The treatise says [...] otherwise there would be none": Merely producing the mental ground does not constitute a preparatory action; only after initiating bodily or vocal action does it constitute a preparatory action; therefore, in preparatory actions there must be vijñapti. The rest of the text is clear.
