「或造此業至故名沙門」者，此即第二說，約人以辨。造此業人定墮地獄，中無間隔，故名無間。或復彼人有無間故，得無間名。或復彼人與無間法合，故名無間。如人與彼沙門法合，故名沙門。

"Or the person who creates this karma: Up to: Therefore named śramaṇa": This is the second statement, discerning it in terms of the person. The person who creates this karma determinately falls into hell without an interval in between, hence it is named ānantarya (immediate). Or further, because that person possesses the immediate [karma], they receive the name ānantarya. Or further, because that person is conjoined with an ānantarya dharma, they are named ānantarya. Just as a person conjoined with that dharma of a śramaṇa is therefore named a śramaṇa.
