「由不善根至被賊燒村」者，答。由不善因引邪見果，故果作事推在彼因。喻況可知。

Regarding "Due to the unwholesome roots ... the burning of a village by bandits": An answer. Because the unwholesome cause leads to the fruit of wrong view, the action done by the fruit is attributed to that cause. The analogy is obvious.
