「有餘師說贍部洲」者，敘異說。此師意說：東西二洲亦無極惡阿世耶故不能斷善，善心堅牢不妨入聖。

Regarding "Other masters say Jambudvīpa": Relaying a different view. The intention of this master is: in the eastern and western continents there is also no extremely evil mental disposition (āśaya), so they cannot sever the wholesome, but because their wholesome minds are firm, it does not prevent them from entering into noble status.
