「如是說者至氣力漸增」者，此申正義。頓續善根，後漸現前。喻況可知。

"Those who explain it thus [say: they are resumed all at once, but their strength gradually increases]": This presents the correct tenet. One resumes the roots of good all at once, and afterwards they gradually become manifest. The analogies can be understood.
