「除此更有至亦為最勝」者，釋第八施最勝。除脫於脫及菩薩施，更有八施中，第八施最勝。
Regarding "Apart from these, there are further... this is also supreme": this explains that the eighth giving is supreme. Apart from giving from the liberated to the liberated and the giving of a bodhisattva, there are further eight givings, among which the eighth giving is supreme.
