「善翻此至唯名造作」者，上來所說諸不善業，皆名造作亦名增長。若諸善業造作增長約五種因，翻上應知。異前所說諸善、惡業，由無五因，唯名造作不名增長。

"The wholesome is the reverse of this ... is designated only as performed": all the unvirtuous actions discussed above are designated both as "performed" and as "increased." Wholesome actions being performed and increased in terms of the five causes should be understood as the reverse of the above. Wholesome and unvirtuous actions other than those stated above, because they lack the five causes, are designated only as "performed" and not as "increased."
