「九十八隨眠中至亦是遍行攝」者，此下大文第二諸門分別。就中，一遍行、非遍行；二漏、無漏緣；三二種隨增；四二性分別；五明根、非根；六明惑能繫；七明惑隨增；八明次第起。此即明遍、非遍行。

Within it: first, universal and non-universal; second, taking sāsrava and anāsrava as objects; third, the two kinds of augmentation; fourth, distinction of the two natures; fifth, explaining faculties and non-faculties; sixth, explaining defilements that can bind; seventh, explaining defilements that augment; eighth, explaining sequential arising. This is the explanation of universal and non-universal.
