「緣道諦者至以類同故」者，釋第七句。謂欲界繫邪見、疑、無明，唯緣六地法智品道，不緣類智品道。若治欲界，謂未至定中法智品道能治欲者；若能治餘，謂六地中滅、道法智品，於修道位能治餘色、無色界者，皆彼邪見、疑、無明所緣，以法智品類同故。若上八地各三隨眠，一一唯能通緣九地類智品道，不緣法智品。若治自地，謂九地中類智品道能治自地者：若能治餘，謂九地中類智品道能治餘七地者，皆彼邪見、疑、無明所緣，以是類智品類同故。

Regarding "Those that apprehend mārga-satya ... because their category is the same": this explains the seventh line. That is, the mithyādṛṣṭi, vicikitsā, and avidhyā bound to the Kāmadhātu apprehend solely the mārga of the category of dharmajñāna across six levels, and do not apprehend the category of anvayajñāna. Whether those that counteract the Kāmadhātu—namely, the mārga of the category of dharmajñāna in the anāgamya concentration that can counteract the Kāmadhātu—or those that can counteract others—namely, the nirodha- and mārga-dharmajñāna categories across the six levels that can counteract the remaining Rūpadhātu and Ārūpyadhātu in the stage of bhāvanāmārga—all are cognitive objects of that mithyādṛṣṭi, vicikitsā, and avidhyā, because the category of dharmajñāna is of the same kind. As for the three anuśayas of each of the higher eight levels, each can solely and comprehensively apprehend the mārga of the category of anvayajñāna across the nine levels, not the category of dharmajñāna. Whether those that counteract their own level—namely, those of the category of anvayajñāna across the nine levels that can counteract their own level—or those that can counteract others—namely, those of the category of anvayajñāna across the nine levels that can counteract the remaining seven levels—all are cognitive objects of that mithyādṛṣṭi, vicikitsā, and avidhyā, because they are of the same kind as the category of anvayajñāna.
